Laboratory incubators are an insulated tank where heating is done for cultivation or maintenance of microbes or cells. These incubators maintain an optimal temperature, humidity, and gas content in the atmosphere for specific application needs.

    2. Constant Temperature and Humidity Incubator The laboratory incubator is used for cell culture, plant cultivation and other thermostatic control experiments. Users can set the required temperature using the control gauges, while the brightly lit display ensures the experiments remain accurate. The incubator is made using cold roll steel sheets, with an exterior sprayed surface to ensure the corrosion resistance and compression resistance. The sensor is an A grade, PT100 platinum resistance with a high sensitivity. Finally, a nichrome alloy electric heater is used for limited time rapid heating.

The artificial climate incubator’s body is made of high quality steel sheets that have undergone a spray painting treatment to ensure it is both corrosion and compression resistant. The inner liner is made of a mirror finish stainless steel that is corrosion resistant and easy to clean.
